Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 kgbeef mince meat
  2. 2garlic cloves
  3. 2medium tomatoes
  4. 1large onion
  5. 1 pieceginger
  6. Dhania
  7. Green pepper(hoho)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your dhania stems into small pieces first.

    Put your pan on fire then add some minimal oil. After add your dhania stems and the minced meat

  3. 3

    Stir them together until they cook.

  4. 4

    Remove from the fire and set the meat aside.

  5. 5

    Add some oil into the pan then add your sliced onions, green pepper (hoho),garlic, ginger and let them cook until they have softened.

    After they have cooked add your cooked minced meat into the past.

    Let them cook then add water when you see its like they are sticking to the pan.

    Add diced carrots and dhania and cover up for a minute or 2 to cook.

    Remove from fire and serve with your accompaniment of choice
