Ingredients

  1. 6chipolatas
  2. 70 gplain flour
  3. 80 mlsemi skimmed milk
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1egg
  6. Handfulrosemary

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 220 degrees. Put chipolatas in an oven dish with a little bit of oil. Cook until browned (about 15 mins)

    Meanwhile, sieve flour And salt into a bowl so it’s fine. This will help the batter rise.

    Make a well in the flour, crack the egg into it, pour in the milk and whisk to a fine batter.

    Take sausages out and add batter and rosemary quickly while the oil is still sizzling. Put back in the oven quickly.

    Cook for 20-30 minutes until the batter is browned.

    I served mine with broccoli, sweet potato fries and gravy. Enjoy!
