Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 tablespoonyeast
  3. 4 tablespoonssugar
  4. 1 tablespoondark cocoa
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoonmargarine
  7. 2eggs
  8. Egg wash or butter
  9. 1 cupwarm milk

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour and salt in a bowl. Add in the yeast and sugar and mix

    Add the margarine and rub in until it forms crumbs

  3. 3

    Add in the eggs then knead with warm milk to form a dough

  4. 4

    Divide the dough into two. One should be smaller..

    To the smaller dough add in the cocoa. Knead untill well blended. Knead the bigger dough too thoroughly

    Place them in a warm area to proof till the double in size

    After proofing knead again and let them proof for another 30 mins

    Roll out the bigger white dough and place it aside. The roll the chocolate dough

    Place the chocolate dough on the white one then roll it up. Tuck in the ends to cover in the chocate dough completely

    Place in a greased loaf tin and apply egg wash or butter on top

  11. 11

    Bake at 170°C for 30- 35 mins. Enjoy
