Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupvermicelli
  2. 3 cupmilk
  3. 100 gmilkmaid
  4. 10Cashews
  5. Almonds 5 chopped
  6. 10Rasians
  7. 1 tspElachi powder
  8. 2 tspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan put ghee roast the cashews and raisins and keep aside

    In the same pan put vermicelli semiya and roast them and keep aside..

    In a pan put milk and boil it for 10 min then add roasted vermicelli and cook for until the soft then add milkmaid and add Elachi powder and add dry fruits...

    Payasam is ready and Granish with cashews and almonds.
