Here’s the recipe for eggless vanilla cake which I absolutely love. You can bake vanilla cake in a oven or in a pressure cooker.

I prefer this anytime over any other cake coz it is simple with fragrance of fresh vanilla into it, and doesnt need any icing sugar on topand no refrigeration required ;)... enjoy it with tea /coffee or as a quick dessert bite :)

Much faster to work with a scale, but be precise.This sheet cake is great as a layer sheet cake, as each layer is quite low and can be stacked very well. This is the most basic sponge cake, but it tastes so moist and fluffy. For healthy reason, I replaced the butter with vegetable oil, the topping cream is whipped cream not butter cream. This could be the most healthy cream sponge cake ever, but not vegan.
