Cooking Instructions

Boil the meat till cooked and golden brown

Chop the onion into cubes, crush the cloves of garlic. Add some cooking oil into the cooking meat when totally dried. Add in the chopped onions and crushed garlic.

Blanch the tomatoes and add them into the meat let it cook properly.

Add salt to taste and the pilau masala let cook for a while. Add in the rice to the pot and let it fry for a while

Add some water to boil and let it cook till dry. When totally cooked serve hot with stew or some gravy
