Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssabudana
  2. 2potatoes medium size
  3. 1 cuppeanut roasted coarsely grinded
  4. 1 tspginger chilli paste
  5. 1 tsplemon juice
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds powder Roasted
  8. 1 tspCoriander finely chopped
  9. 1 tspSamo/varai/moraiyo coarsely grind powder
  10. 250 mlOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak sabudhana overnight in a bowl.
    Keep the water level up then the sabudana.
    So that I will be well soak and all the granules will be separate and soak properly
    Now put it on a dried clothes and leave it for an hour.
    Now boiled potatoes in cooker.

    Then peel it out.
    Mash it out with the help of masher.
    Take a bowl.
    Add potatoes in it.
    Add sabudana to it.
    Add peanut powder.
    Add cumin powder.

    Add Salt.
    Add ginger chilli paste.
    Add lemon juice.
    Add coriander leaves.
    Add varai powder.
    Now mix it very well.
    Make medium size balls of it in equal size.
    Flatten it with the palm.

    Heat oil in the pan.
    Fry all the wadas untill it be crisp and golden brown in colour.
    Finally serve it with coconut chutney /sweet dahi or Raita and enjoy this scrumptious dish friends
