Ingredients

  1. 4-Aloo (potatoes)
  2. 2 cup Peas
  3. 2-Tomatoes
  4. 3-Onion
  5. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 spoon-Ghee
  7. 3 tsp Red chilli paste
  8. 2 tsp Salt
  9. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. 4Green cardamom
  11. 1 tsp corinder seeds
  12. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  13. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  14. 4-kaju

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil heat it add Ghee green cordamam, coriander seeds, Cumin seeds,mustard seeds, onion tomato,kaju, coriander leaves fry & mix it well. Make a mixture cold. Grand smooth paste.

    Next step after granding mixture. Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, granded paste, green peas mix it well add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder,salt, sugar, cream, and add some water boil it all & finally boiled potatoes mix it well.

    Boil it all ingredients for 5min & serve it hot with chapati or naan or Ghee rice.
