We all know that Spinach has a lot of nutrients. This green leafy vegetable can be eaten in different ways. I have tried PAKODA with other ingredients. The result was crispy ,tasty and yummy pakode.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 gmpalak cleaned, washed and finely chopped
  2. 1medium Onion chopped
  3. 2 tbspfinely diced Carrot
  4. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  5. 2 tspchopped tomatoes
  6. 1 tspgrated ginger and garlic
  7. dry ingredients
  8. 100 gmgram flour (besan)
  9. 1 tbspSooji
  10. 1/2 tspsabut zeera
  11. 1/2 tspajwain
  12. 1/3 tspkalonji
  13. 1/3 tspbaking soda
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Oil for shallow/deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients. Give rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Make pakode. Fry both sides in medium heat till they are brown and crispy.

    Serve hot with sauce/chutney and Murmura. Thanks
