Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 cuprefined flour
  2. 1/4 cupSuji
  3. 150 mlOil
  4. 5 dropsRed colour
  5. 5 dropsGreen colour
  6. 1 cupCoconut powder
  7. As neededChopped dry fruits
  8. 1/2 cupPowdered sugar

    Take maida, suji.
    Add 1/4 cup oil for moyan.

    Knead it tight using water.
    Keep aside for 30 minutes.

    Now divide it into 3 parts
    To one part add green colour, to second part red. And keep 3rd part as it.

    Now roll each colour dough.

    Keep three colours rolled dough over each other.
    Again roll it and make log.

    Cut log into pieces you will find pinwheel pieces
    Now roll these pin wheels.

    For stuffing mix dessicated coconut, dry fruits, powdered sugar.

    Now fill stuffing in rolled one. Apply water over edges.

    Close in Gujiya mould and remove extra dough

    In the same process make all.

    Heat oil. Dip fry all gujia at medium flame.

    Colourful gujiya are ready.
