Cooking Instructions

In a pan heat 1 tspn ghee, take mava and cook it for 5 mins

Switch off gas let it cool completely then add powderd sugar,grated coconut, roasted samolina and dry fruits our stuffing is ready

Take all purpose flour in a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup ghee, a pinch of salt and make a semi tight semi loose dough and keep it covered by kitchen towel for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes with oil in hands prepare dogh again b cut lemon size balls and make Puri size circular rotis

Take this roti in hand put a spoon full stuffing mixture, join both ends and packe it's sides

Make all gujhiyas in same way

Heat ghee or oil in frying pan and deep fry all gujhiyas in slow flame
