  2. 1 cupGram Flour (Besan)
  3. 1 pinchhing
  4. 1 pinchRed chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tbsCoriander powder
  6. 1/4 tbsAjwain
  7. as neededGreen coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Slice idli into pieces

    Take gram flour and all spices and make a batter

  3. 3

    Dip idli in this batter and deep fry it

  4. 4

    Serve with ground nut chutney or totamato sause
