Ingredients

25 minutes of
  • 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cupjasmine rice rinsed
  • 2 cupwater
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2bulbs green onion diced

Steps

25 minutes of
  1. 1

    Fry diced green onion in vegetable oil until you start to smell the green onion

  2. 2

    Add water

  3. 3

    Add rinsed jasmine rice

  4. 4

    Add salt and stir

  5. 5

    Right before it starts boiling, cover and turn down heat to low for 20 minutes
