Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  2. 1 1/2 cupjasmine rice rinsed
  3. 2 cupwater
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 2bulbs green onion diced

Cooking Instructions

    Fry diced green onion in vegetable oil until you start to smell the green onion

  2. 2

    Add water

  3. 3

    Add rinsed jasmine rice

  4. 4

    Add salt and stir

  5. 5

    Right before it starts boiling, cover and turn down heat to low for 20 minutes
