Steps

Take a kadhai and add oil and heat it. After heating the kadhai add cumin seeds and crackle it.

Now add raisins and cook it for 20 seconds.

Now add haldi masala, garam masala, and salt amd mix all well.

Now add paneer into that kadhai and mix well. Now the inner filling is ready.

Now make holes into the tomatoes

Now put oil into the kadhai.

Now put the tomatoes into the kadhai and then put a flat plate and then cook for 10 minutes. You will see they will turned into soft.

Now take one more kadhai and then add oil and then cumin seeds once again.

Now add onions and watermelon seeds and then saute it for 10 minutes and cook well.

Now add puree into the same kadhai and then add lal mirch powder, paneer masala, haldi powder, garam masala and salt and then mix and cook once again.

Now add some water as per consistency and cook for 10 more minutes.

Now add fresh cream and mix well.

Now after 10 minutes add tomatoes and then mix well once again and it's almost done you just need to simer it for 10 minutes.
