Ingredients

  1. 4large potatoes
  2. 100 gbaking flour
  3. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  4. Salt
  5. 4 clovesgarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the potatoes in their skin for 15 mins

    Remove skin and cut into desired shape

  3. 3

    Make a thick paste with the flour

  4. 4

    Add crushed garlic, salt and turmeric

  5. 5

    Mix well then add the cut potatoes, coat them well with the paste

  6. 6

    Deep fry in hot oil

  7. 7

    When ready place in a serviet to drain excess oil

  8. 8
