Sift and add all dry ingredients in a bowl, whisk egg,warm water in a separate bowl. Add butter to the dry ingredients, add the whisked wet ingredients and mix a soft dough

Knead for 7 more mins, cut and weigh dough into 90grams, mould, arrange on a tray that has been floured, use melted butter and brush the dough to prevent it from cracking and let it rise for 25mins

Set oil on fire, it shouldn't be too hot, make a hole and drop in oil to let fry.serve hot or cold,you can also coat with sugar
