Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken
  2. 1/2 kgDahi
  3. 1 bunchHara dhania
  4. Podina
  5. Halfbunch
  6. 10-12Green chillies
  7. 1 tbsRoasted and grinded corriander zeera and red chilli
  8. 1 tbsAdrak lehsun paste

Cooking Instructions

    Blend together dahi dhania podina and hari mirch.u can add 1 onion if u like more gravy

  2. 2

    In oil fry chicken with adrak lehsun paste until changes it color.

  3. 3

    Add the blended dahi and cook until tender.no need to add water.

  4. 4

    Finally add roasted masala julienne ginger and green chillies and cook until oil separates and give coal dum (optional).
