Ingredients

  1. 1leter lussi
  2. 1small bowl besan
  3. 2onions (chopped)
  4. 2potato (chopped)
  5. 2 tspGarlic paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. To tasteGaram masala
  10. 1 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1 tspdry methi
  12. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big pan add lassi and besan and boil it & also add salt,turmeric powder and cook for 20 min.

    Take a bowl now add onions,potatoes,salt,water and mix well and make a better.

    Take a other pan add oil for deep fry and heat it. Now put better in this with help of spoon and fry the pakoras.

    Take a wok add 2 tsp oil & heat it then put garlic, cumin seeds,salt,red chilli powder and saute for 2 min and after that add lassi in this and stir well.

    Now also add pakoras in this and sprinkle garam masala, dry methi and saute for 3 min.

  6. 6

    Now it's ready to serve.
