Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 5-6large piece of chicken
  2. 1 cupYogurt
  3. 1/4 cupWhite vinegar
  4. 2 tablespoonsGinger and garlic paste
  5. 3 tablespoonsRed chili powder
  6. 2 tablespoonsAll spice powder
  7. 1 tablespoonTurmeric
  8. 1 tablespoonSalt
  9. 1 tablespoonOyester sauce

Cooking Instructions

    In a deep pan add all ingredients and make a paste..

    Now make cuts on chicken and mix all spices in a small bowl then apply on the chicken.Make sure fill this in cuts also.

    You can steam this chicken after 3-4 hours marination time, or you can bake also.

    Apply some oil on that chicken to make it shiny

  5. 5

    Now its ready to eat. serve with salad or raita..
