Ingredients

  1. 500 gmschicken
  2. 2 tbsppepper
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1whole garlic minced
  7. corn flour
  8. 2-3 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 1spring of green onions chopped
  10. 1 cupyogurt
  11. 1 tbspall purpose flour/ maida
  12. 5-6green chillies according to ur spice level
  13. 1lime
  14. 1 tbspchilli powder
  15. 1/4 tbsptumeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breast into thin long strips. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lime juice,pepper,salt and egg. Marinate for 4 hrs. Minimum 1 hr

    After the 1st step., heat oil in a pan and coat the chicken pieces with corn flour and fry them till golden brown. Place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil

    Using the same pan and oil. Heat it up.. add minced garlic, green chillies and fry for a minute. Add tumeric and chilli powder and fry for few seconds.

    Take a cup of yogurt and add 1 tbsp of all purpose flour /maida flour and whisk well without any clumps

    Add yogurt mixture to the pan and mix well for 20 sec without forming any clumps. Add soy sauce now and mix again

  6. 6

    Finally add the fried chicken pieces and coat well. And cook for 2 minutes and add chopped green onions and mix well. Its done!!!
