  1. 250 gm Bhindi
  2. 2 TspOil
  3. 1/4 tspHing
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  5. 1 Tspred mirch powder
  6. 1 Tspdry Coriander powder
  7. Salt as per taste

    Gas stove on & keep pan with oil. Add hing, haldi, salt red mirchi powder. Add bhindi mix well. Cook till Boiled nicely.

    Add Coriander powder powder it's good in a taste. It's ready after 8,9 minutes.

    Enjoy Okra with roti.
