Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsRajma
  2. 3Onion Finely Chopped
  3. 2tomatoes finely chopped
  4. 1/4 CupTomato Puree
  5. 2 tspGinger Garlic Paste
  6. 2Tej patta
  7. 1 teaspoonjeera
  8. 1/8 teaspoonhing
  9. 3 tbspOil
  10. as per taste Salt
  11. 2 tbspfresh coriander chopped
  12. For masala:-
  13. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  14. 2 tspCoriander Powder
  15. 2 tspKashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  16. 1 tspGaram Masala Powder
  17. 1 tspAmchoor Powder
  18. 1/2 tspCumin Powder
  19. 2Tb. Sp. Fresh Cream

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rajama in water for 8 hours. In pressure cooker Cook rajama with 1/2 tsp salt and 4 cups of water. Cook till rajma become soft and Cookd.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seed, tejpatta. Add onion fry it. Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry till golden brown.Now add chopped tomato cook for a minute then add tomato puree.

    Now add all spices, sprinkle some water and fry it till oil separates from masala.

    Now add cooked rajma and water in masala. Now cook on low flame 15 minutes. Add chopped Fresh Coriander and crash cream.

    Serve Panjabi style Rajma with jeera rice.
