Ingredients

  1. few Cauliflower florets
  2. 1Capsicum
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1 tspGinger+garlic paste
  5. as requiredCoriander (Dhaniya)
  6. 1 CupAll purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt in all purpose flour, Knead the all purpose flour and make it dough. Keep it for half an hour.

    Finely chop cauliflower, capsicum, ginger, garlic, onion, coriander, green chillies.

    Add oil in pan and then add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, capsicum into oil. Then wait till golden brown. And then add cauliflower.

    Add then add some soya sauce,vinegar and spices- black pepper, chat masala and salt into it.

    Then take small portion of dough and roll it into a thin sheet of circle.

    And then add stuff into circle of dough. Shape it into momos.

    To steam momos you have momos steamer or idli maker. And then steam momos for 10-15 minutes.

    After steaming add some oil into pan and fried momos till it change into brown colour. ENJOY MOMOS WITHOUT CABBAGE. We’ve heard a lot about cabbage that it has some worm or insect. So use cauliflower instead of cabbage.
