Ingredients

  1. 100 gmPaneer
  2. 1Green bell pepper
  3. 1Red bell pepper (optional)
  4. 1large onion
  5. 2-3green chillies
  6. 3-4 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 tablespoonginger grated
  8. 1 tablespoonTomato ketchup
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoonsoya sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonRed chilli sauce
  11. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  12. 1 tablespoonschezwan sauce
  13. 1/2 tablespoonblack pepper powder
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. As neededCorn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the paneer in your desired shapes.Add corn flour, chilli powder,salt, little bit of water and mix it properly.Then shallow fry it till it turns golden brown.

    Now add chopped ginger garlic in a pan,add chopped onion to it fry it on medium-high flame.Add Pepper powder to it and add the chopped bell peppers to it.

    In a small bowl add soya sauce,red chilli sauce, Tomato sauce,schezwan sauce,vinegar and mix it up.Add this paste to the pan and fry it for 1 min.Then in the same bowl add 1½ tablespoon of corn flour and water, mix it properly and add it to the pan.Fry it for more 5 min and cover the led.
