Cooking Instructions

Wash and pressure cook for two whistles 1 st on high flame and then on slow flame.

Heat oil in a kadhai or pan. Add the chopped onions & fry till golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste fry for a few mins. Add the spices coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder if dry add little water and fry the masala well

When the masala is cooked add the tomatoes cook till tomatoes are mashed and mixed with the masala. Add salt.

Add the cooked rajma in the masala fry for a min. Add water as much as you need for the gravy. Then add kitchen king masala. If you want thick gravy add little water.

Simmer for few mins on low flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
