Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsPeas
  2. 100 gmPaneer
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 1 inch pieceGinger
  6. 5 clovesGarlic
  7. 2 teaspoonsGreen coriander leaves chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to tasteTurmeric powder
  10. to tasteRed chilli powder
  11. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  12. 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  13. 1/2 teaspoonKitchen king masala
  14. 4 teaspoonsCooking Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chop and wash onions garlic and ginger. Grind in a mixer to a smooth paste. Grate tomatoes and make puree.

    Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ground masala and sauté till done. Add all dry masala, salt and kasoori methi. Add tomato puree and stir well till oil leaves.

    Now add Peas and paneer and sauté for 2 minutes. Add water in it and place the lid. Pressure cook till three whistles.

    Transfer it to the serving bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
