Ingredients

30minutes
  1. 250 gramsPaneer
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1 tsp eachJeera, cinnamon, clove
  5. 2Green chilli
  6. 2Onion
  7. 2Tomato
  8. 1/2 spoonTurmeric powder
  9. 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  10. 1 spoonGaram masala
  11. 1 spoonCoriander powder
  12. 1 tspChicken masala/ Maggi masala (optional)
  13. as neededcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Keep the panner cubes,mustard,jeera,Curry leaves, cinnamon,2 green chilli and oil in a pan ready.

    Add mustard,jeera,Curry leaves,cinnamon in heated oil pan and fry for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add onion,1 spoon salthalf spoon turmeric powder,half spoon chilli powder.

  4. 4

    Mix well until the onion turns crispy and brown and add tomato.Mix the tomato well until the raw tomato smell goes away.

    Add Ginger garlic paste,1 spoon garam Masala,1 spoon Coriander powder.

    Add 1 spoon chicken masala and little Maggi masala(Both are optional)

    After the masala gets mixed,add the planner cubes to the pan and mix well.

  8. 8

    For the gravy to be more think,grind an onion and a tomato in Mixie and pour it on the mixture.Mix well so that the raw tomato smell goes away.

    Now add enough of water and let it boil for sometime and add Coriander leaves at the end.

  10. 10

    Panner gravy is ready.
