Cooking Instructions

Take rajma. Wash & soak it overnight. In a pan add oil, bay leaves, black cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, green chilies & chopped onions. Cook for 5 minutes.

Now add ginger garlic paste & puree of tomato into it. Cook for 10 minutes. In this mixture add sugar, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala & kashmiri red chilli powder. Cook for 5 minutes. Put rajma into this mixture. Add water & salt into it. Cook for 4 whistles.

Garnish it with coriander leaves & add butter into it.
