Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat Flour
  2. 1 cupGhee
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1/2 cupDry Fruits (Sliced Almonds, Raisins, chopped Cashews)
  5. 1/4 tspCardamom Powder
  6. 1/4 tspNutmeg Powder
  7. Hot Water as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up the ghee in a kadhai on low flame. Add wheat flour and stir continuously. Roast till wheat flour turns golden brown in colour by stirring continuously. Take care wheat flour doesn't burn.

    Now add required hot water and stir continuously. Also add sugar and keep on stirring to remove all lumps.

  3. 3

    Keep aside some of the dry fruits and add rest of the dry fruits to the kadhai. Also add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and mix well.

    Cook till water gets completely soaked and starts leaving the edges of the kadhai. Switch off the flame.

    Garnish with kept aside dry fruits and serve hot.
