Ingredients

  1. 50 gmdry red chilli
  2. 1 tspFinely chopped ginger garlic
  3. 1 tspSoy sauce
  4. 1 tbspRed Tomato sauce
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 4 tbspSugar
  7. As requiredCornflour
  8. 3 teaspoonVinegar

Cooking Instructions

    At first seperate the seeds of the red chilli by breaking the every chilli into pieces. Now boil the red chillis and make a paste.

    Heat some oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic. Then add ginger and saute. Then add the boiled red chilli paste and add 1/4 cup water. Cook well.

    Then add salt to taste and 4 tbsp sugar. Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 tbsp red Tomato sauce. Add 3 teaspoon vinegar. When the gravy becomes thick add cornflour mixing with little amount of water to give a fine texture. Finally Schezwan Sauce is ready.
