Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingrediants mentioned for kofta and fry small koftas in oil

If you donot want to fry you can airfry them as i have done

For making curry blend tomato, peanuts, green chilli and ginger to a fine paste Now heat up pan and add mustard oil
- 4
Add cumin and asafoetida and put the blended paste and saute till it leaves oil
- 5
Now make a paste of besan and curd and put it in pan and saute again till it leaves oil
- 6
Put all the masalas( turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and saute for few seconds

Now add water and after one boil lower the flame and cook coveredfor few minutes

At the time of serving add koftas in curry and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy
