Cooking Instructions

Boil the noodles in a pan, once done drain the water, add half teaspoon refined oil and keep aside

Take a wide pan, heat well, add 2 teaspoon oil, add ginger crushed saute well till the raw fragnance goes, add chopped onions cook till it's little brown, add chilli, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and mix well.

Add salt and pepper powder, mix all. Cook till vegetables are well cooked.

Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and mix all, add boiled noodles and mix all veggies.

Serve hot
