Coconut milk has loads of health benefits. It is full of antioxidant properties and is an excellent sauce of good fat. It also helps with weight loss.
My husband and I are trying to move away from dairy and hence tried this milk last week for the first time. We found it super delicious and a stomach filler.

Cooking Instructions

Wash coconut and dates. Grind it together by adding a little water at a time until it is totally smooth and liquidized. Utilize the water that came from coconut, it gives extra flavour and makes the milk sweeter.

Cover a pot with a Muslim cloth. Pour the mixture in it. Hold the sides of the cloth together and squeeze out all the liquid. Coconut milk drink is ready. Pour it in a serving glass add nuts and serve. Avoid nuts and dates if you need plain milk for cooking purpose.
