Ingredients

  1. 200Maggi pasta
  2. Maggi pasta masala
  3. 5Soya chunks
  4. 5-6cauliflower
  5. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. 2 cupsWater to boil
  8. (any veggies can be added according to your taste)

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the pasta and soya chunks for 10-15 minutes. Don't add salt

  2. 2

    Take the pasta once boiled, splash cold water and keep it aside

  3. 3

    In a kadai add oil

  4. 4

    Add cauliflower

  5. 5

    Add sliced soya chunks

  6. 6

    Add 1/2 cup water and pasta masala

  7. 7

    Cook for 5 minutes. Stir well

  8. 8

    Add pepper powder at the end. Take out and serve hot!!!
