  3. 1 cupfull fat milk
  4. 1/2 cuprolled oats
  5. 1 cupcoffee
  6. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1 tbspsugar (optional)
  8. someice block

Cooking Instructions

    Take all ingredients.

    Take a blender jar and add all ingredients with ice block and blend into a smoothie.

  3. 3

    Serve immediately Garnish with coffee powder.
