Ingredients

  1. 20-25Lemon
  2. 2 tbspCumin seeds
  3. 4 tbspMustard seeds
  4. 1 tspFenugreek
  5. 1 tbspajowan
  6. 2 tbspAnise
  7. 20-25garlic
  8. 3 tbspRed chilli powder
  9. 2 tbspturmeric powder
  10. 1 cupsalt
  11. 1/2mustard oil
  12. 2 tspAsafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    First take a lemon and wash than cut like a two pieces and remove whole juice.after than make a little piece of the lemon.

    Now whole juice take a separate jar.now take a another jar and put salt and put all the lemon.and rest for two hours.

    Now roast all the ingredients

    Roast all the ingredients like,cumin mustard etc.

    After roasted all the ingredients grind them, rest of mustard.and make a dry grind of mustard or use with manually.use garlic paste on your full grind paste.

    Now added red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ajwain seeds in your grind paste.now put this in lemon jar and mix.

  7. 7

    Now add lemon juice in the jar,rest in sun light.

  8. 8

    Now your achar is ready.
