Ingredients

  1. 400 gmsRed beans can
  2. 2 tbspTomato paste
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 2Garlic cloves chopped
  5. 2 tspOil
  6. 1 tspMilk cream
  7. 1 tspCumin coriander powder
  8. 1/4 tspMustard seed
  9. 1/2 tspCumin seed
  10. 1 tspChilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take one can of beans, it’s contain salt and vinegar so adjust salt accordingly, tomato sauce is thick, 2 tbsp is fine.

    In pan take oil on medium flame, sauté onion garlic till transparent/ brown. Add spices.

    Add tomato paste and glass of water.

  4. 4

    Add beans and salt to taste. Cooked till it’s boiling point.

  5. 5

    And here your beans are ready to serve with rice or roti.
