Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 300 gramspaneer
  2. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1.5 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 3 tbspsoya sauce
  8. 3 tbspchilli sauce
  9. 2.5 tbspararot powder
  10. 1 tbspmaida
  11. 1/2 cupwater
  12. 6 tbsprefined oil
  13. 4 tbspginger garlic paste
  14. 2green chillies
  15. 3medium size cube shaped cut onions
  16. 4medium size cube shaped cut capsicum
  17. 1 pinchfood colour
  18. 1 tbsptomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Take paneer & add turmeric powder-1/2 tsp, salt-1/2 tsp, red chilli powder-1/2 tsp, black pepper powder-1/2 tsp, garam masala-1/2 tsp, soya sauce-1 tbsp, chilli sauce-1 tbsp, ararot-1 tbsp & maida.

    Mix it well & take aside.

    Take ararot 1.5 tbsp & water in a bowl. Make a fine slury & take aside.

    Heat kadai & add 4 tbsp refined oil. Then add marinated paneer into this hot oil. Fry till golden brown & then take aside.

    Add 2 tbsp refined oil to the same kadai. Then add ginger & garlic paste and green chillies. Cook it for 2 minutes in high flame.

    Add onions & capsicum, fry it on high flame for 2 minutes.

    Add black pepper powder 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, salt 1 tsp, soya sauce 2 tbsp, chilli sauce 2 tbsp, tomato sauce 1 tbsp & food colour(optional) into this kadai. Mix them well.

    Add fried paneer & mix them well.

    Finally add ararot slury. Cook it for 1 minute & then ready to serve.
