Cooking Instructions

    Peel the green part of watermelon rind

  2. 2

    Grate and squeeze

  3. 3

    Fry in ghee for three to four minutes

  4. 4

    Add milk and cook till dry,mix sugar and elaichi powder,halwa is ready

  5. 5

    Garnish with dry fruits of your choice
