Ingredients

  1. Tikki:-
  2. 7-8boiled potatoes
  3. 4-5 spooncorn flour
  4. 1 spoonsalt
  5. 1/4 spoonjeera powder
  6. 2green chillies
  7. leavesCoriander
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Red chutni:
  10. 1/2 glasswater,2 spoon anchor powder,1/2 spoon salt,
  11. 1/2 spoonJeera powder,1/2 spoon black salt,1 bowl sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Grade boiled potatoes and add corn flour, coriander leaves, green chillies,salt and jeera powder in it. Mix it properly and mash it.

    For making chutni add all ingredients in a bowl and mix it up then boil it for 5-10 minutes.

    Give the Potatoes material into tikki shape and fry it from both sides by adding oil in a pan. Once press and refry it.

    Place these in a plate and garnish it with curd,red - green chutni, some chopped onion and all spices. Ready to eat.
