Ingredients

  1. 500 gmboneless chicken
  2. 1medium Onion (petals)
  3. 1small capsicum (diced)
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 2 tbspngarlic (chopped)
  6. 1 tbspnginger (chopped)
  7. For sauce
  8. 1/2 tspSoya sauce
  9. 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. 2 tspvinegar
  12. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  13. 1/4 cupwater or chicken stock
  14. 1 tspcorn flour
  15. For marinating
  16. 1/4 tspPepper powder
  17. 6 tbspnMaidha
  18. 3 tbspnCorn flour
  19. 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  20. 1 tbspnginger garlic paste
  21. 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes

    In a wide bowl add ingredients for marinating and coat the chicken pieces.

    Deep fry the marinated chicken in oil and set aside.

  3. 3

    In a work, add little oil used for frying and saute ginger and garlic.

  4. 4

    Next add onions, green chillies and capsicum fry 2 minutes. Add red chilli, tomato and soya sauce.

    Mix well add sugar and vinegar. Mix corn flour in water and cook till glossy. Toss in the fried chicken and mix well.
