Most loved and easy breakfast option for Indians. Almost everyone love this with any sabji, achar or curd.
Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl take wheat flour and gradually add water and make a soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.

Make balls of this dough. Roll like a small chapati and pour 1 tsp ghee, spread it evenly. Now sprinkle besan/ wheat flour, salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder. Spread it evenly and fold chapati into half. Pour little ghee and wheat flour in it and spread. Fold in again half. Now you get triangular paratha, roll it again.

Fry it on medium high flame until brown spots appears on both sides.

Layered paratha is ready to serve. Serve hot with curd or pickles.
