Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuptoor dal
  2. 1/2chopped raw mango
  3. 2chopped green chili's
  4. 1tspn of red chilli powder
  5. 1/2tspn of turmeric powder
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 tbspnoil
  8. 1/2tspn cumin seed
  9. 1tspn mustard seed
  10. leavesFew curry
  11. Coriander
  12. 1 1/2 cupwater
  13. 2dried red chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly soak the toor dal in water for about 10 min

  2. 2

    Once done take a pressure cooker add toor dal, chopped raw mango, chopped green chili, red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt & 11/2 cup water and cover it with lid and pressure cook it untill 4 whistle

  3. 3

    Once done let the pressure cooker cool down then open the lid and whisk the dal

  4. 4

    In a pan add 1 tbspn of oil once the oil is heated add mustard & cumin seeds, curry leaves 2 dried red chilli and let it splutter

  5. 5

    Once done add the whisked dal and cook it for a min and then turn off the flame and garnish it with Coriander

  6. 6

    Your raw mango dal is ready
