Steps

Firstly soak the toor dal in water for about 10 min

Once done take a pressure cooker add toor dal, chopped raw mango, chopped green chili, red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt & 11/2 cup water and cover it with lid and pressure cook it untill 4 whistle

Once done let the pressure cooker cool down then open the lid and whisk the dal

In a pan add 1 tbspn of oil once the oil is heated add mustard & cumin seeds, curry leaves 2 dried red chilli and let it splutter

Once done add the whisked dal and cook it for a min and then turn off the flame and garnish it with Coriander

Your raw mango dal is ready
