Cooking Instructions

First take semolina and add 2tbsp water keep it aside for 5mins.Mix butter with milkpowder crumble it with hands add maida(flour),soaked semolina,baking powder now gradually adding milk form a dough dont put much preasure just with light hands combine everything together.

Dont put much preasure while combining the dough it will give you soft dough and gulabjamun with cracks now keep the dough rest for 10mins,meanwhile prepare your sugarsyrup.

Take 2.5cups of water add sugar once it cmes to boil add cardamom and (saffron) it's optional let it boil for gud 10 minutes once it's cmes to singke thread consistency switch off your gas.

Heat oil in a pan make small balls out of the dough and fry these on medium low flame then add these to the hot sugar syrup.Let the gulabjamun rest in syrup for 2hrs.after 2hrs enjoy your dessert
