A scintillating Indian Coolant that is famous for it's creamy and velvety texture. You need some Basil Seeds to whip up this drink in this awesome variation shared by me here. Basil Seeds add that extra cooling effect to it. It's a lovely thirst quencher and is loved all over the Country. It can be made and refrigerated until use. Add some Nuts of your choice like Almonds and Cashewnuts to make it more appealing. All in all a great treat to your tastebuds. Whip it up anytime you wish to have something awesome.

Ingredients

15-20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 litreFull fat Yoghurt
  2. 1/4 cupSugar
  3. 2-3 tbspRoohafza
  4. 10-12Ice cubes or as desired
  5. 4 tbspBasil Seeds soaked

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak Basil Seeds for an hour in about a glass of water. Cover and keep ready for use later.

    Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add more Ice while serving for a chilled Lassi. Top with a tablespoon of soaked Basil Seeds. Stir well and serve immediately.
