Ingredients

  1. 300 gramgrated coconut
  2. 2 tbspmango pulp
  3. 115 gramsugar
  4. 1/2 inchcinnamon stick
  5. 1 tbspghee
  6. 2 tbspcondensed milk

    For white portion

    At first add 1 tbsp ghee in kadhai and thereafter 200 gm of grated coconut,2 tbsp of condensed milk and 65 grams of sugar. Mix all the ingredients very well. Cook it very well untill it become thick and lumpy.

    For yellow portion

    Of roll add 100 grams of grated coconut, 50 grams of sugar, 2 tbsp mango pulp and 4 to 5 drops of yellow color. Then mix all the ingredients very well and make thick consistency.

    Take a cling flim and put first the wither portion, after that yellow portion of coconut mixture. Then roll it and set it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours.

    Then cut the roll, garnish with desiccated coconut and serve.
