Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspbutter
  2. 2cloves
  3. 1bay leaf
  4. 1whole red chilli
  5. 1chopped green chilli
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 2chopped onion
  8. 1/2 inchcinnamon stick
  9. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. Pinchturmeric powder
  12. Pinchgaram masala
  13. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  14. as neededFresh cream for garnishing
  15. As neededChopped coriander for garnishing
  16. 100 gmspaneer (cut in cubes)
  17. 1cardamom

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan,add butter in it,than add cinnamon stick, cloves,elaichi, saute for few seconds than add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste saute for a minute now add whole red chilli,green chilli saute it

    Now add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric,salt,mix and saute for 2 mins, than cool it, now make a paste in a mixer jar and strain it

    Paste is ready Now take a pan put butter in it now add bay leaf than add paste than mix it than add garam masala and kasuri methi,mix well

  4. 4

    Now add paneer in it cook for 5 mins,than transfer in bowl and garnish with fresh cream and coriander
