Methi parathas are made very commonly in all households. Todays lets make it more flavourful by adding spring onion greens. This is a very wholesome recipe as along with whole wheat flour and green leafy veggies, I have also added protein rich soya flour too. So do make this recipe.

Methi parathas are made very commonly in all households. Todays lets make it more flavourful by adding spring onion greens. This is a very wholesome recipe as along with whole wheat flour and green leafy veggies, I have also added protein rich soya flour too. So do make this recipe.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add wheat flour and soya flour. To this add 1tbsp of oil. Mix well.

Now add remaining contents and mix well.

Now adding water gradually, prepare the dough. Apply little oil to the dough and let it rest for 15-20min.

Divide dough into equal balls, sized that of little big than a lemon.

Roll parathas applying little wheat flour if required.
- 6
Roast it from both sides. Apply a little oil while roasting.
Serve hot with achar.
