Ingredients

  2. 500 gramspotato
  3. 200 gmspeas

  5. 3Green chillies
  6. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 packetMaggi masala
  8. As required Coriander leaves
  9. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. as requiredBesan
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. as requiredRefined oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the potatoes, mash them.

    Add refined oil to the pan, add chopped onion to the cumin seeds, then add turmeric and maggi masala, add potatoes, peas and mix well now add salt as taste.

    Cook it well and keep it on a plate Put the cheese along and when the potato paste starts filling, then put it in the middle.

    Remove the side portion of the bread, now light the bread in water and then give a round shape to the bread by filling it with potato paste.

    Put gram flour in the bread rolls and deep fry

    If you want, you can deep fry without gram flour

  7. 7

    Yummy taste comes in both ways, now you can serve with chutney.
